Schoenhut Stone Bungalow Item #342

$575.00

Schoenhut stone bungalow, measures 11” wide, 14 3/4” deep, 11 1/2” tall to the peak of the roof. The house opens on the right to reveal one large room with all original wall and floor papers in very good condition. At some point in time, someone added 3 little pictures to the walls, they move a little when wiggled so they may be hung with some type of wax, but I didn’t want to try and remove them. This house has 5 windows, all with original lace curtains, the curtains on the front window seem shorter, possibly cut off?

It looks to me like the front porch floor, the turned posts and the door and window trim may have been repainted, if so, they were done very well. The house is in very good condition, on the back right corner, it looks like a small chunk of wood was broken out. It is not visible from the front or sides, only from the back.

This house did not come with front steps and there is no evidence that it ever had any. It looked to me like it should, so I made some. They are not attached.
