Antique German Gottschalk blanket or towel rack, I have see it used both ways. This one 3 1/4” tall, 3 1/8” wide, and 1 1/4” deep at the feet, and is white with gold accents. Near excellent condition, with a little age separation of the paint where the shelves meet the sides.
