The 2 metal faucets have handles that turn and there are ribbed train boards on each side of the sink.
The sink has its original medium green paint that is in very good condition with only a few light chips to the paint that feel like they don’s go any deeper than the paint. Stamped on the back with the Wisconsin Toy Co. triangle.
