Little Things Loved

Vintage plastic German TV pencil sharpener marked on the back "Made in Germany" and "Mod. 223".  There is a picture of a seal  balancing a ball on his nose that moves back and forth as you move the TV.  Very good condition with light scuffing, pencil sharpener has been used.
